UPDATE ON ANJRPC LAWSUIT
TO OVERTURN NJ CARRY-KILLER LAW

January 5, 2023.  Legal briefs have now been filed by both sides in ANJRPC's lawsuit to overturn NJ's new carry-killer law. ANJRPC is seeking to immediately halt implementation of the law while the case proceeds.  A hearing on ANJRPC's motion to halt implementation of the law is scheduled for Monday, January 9.
