Supremes Postpone Action Again in NJ Carry Appeal

U.S. SUPREME COURT POSTPONES ACTION IN NJ CARRY APPEAL   May 18, 2020. This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court took no action in the NJ carry appeal Rogers v. Grewal. The next date on which it could announce a decision on whether it will take the case is Tuesday, May 26. It is not unusual for the Supreme Court to defer a decision on whether it will take a case for a number of weeks.
