U.S. SUPREME COURT DEFERS
ACTION ON ANJRPC CARRY CASE
|
|
May 28, 2019. Today, the United States Supreme Court took no action on ANJRPC’s challenge to New Jersey’s carry law in the Rogers v. Grewal case.
That means one of two things: either the U.S. Supreme Court will relist the case for consideration at its next conference on May 30, or the Supreme Court will defer its decision on whether to take the appeal pending the outcome of another case. The Supreme Court’s intended course of action will become clearer as the matter unfolds.
Please watch for additional ANJRPC alerts as the situation develops.
