SMITH & WESSON SUES NEW JERSEY TO STOP "FISHING EXPEDITION" AGAINST MANUFACTURERS |
Firearms manufacturer Smith & Wesson has sued the State of New Jersey to end a harassing probe of the company's historical advertising claims. The probe appears to be part of a larger fishing expedition by anti-Second Amendment state regulators to develop unusual legal claims to attack firearms manufacturers. Apparently the New Jersey Attorney General has nothing better to do inside New Jersey, and has invented the authority to go after companies outside the state. Read more about it here.
