| IN RESPONSE TO ANJRPC LAWSUIT,
MURPHY REOPENS OUTDOOR RANGES |
May 18, 2020. Today, Governor Murphy announced that outdoor shooting and archery ranges can reopen beginning Friday, May 22. The announcement comes less than a week after ANJRPC filed its latest lawsuit to force the reopening of outdoor ranges, after previous refusals from the administration to do so voluntarily.
There will undoubtedly be social distancing and sanitary guidelines mandated along with the Governor's anticipated order. We will provide details when they are available. ANJRPC will continue to vigorously pursue the reopening of indoor ranges as soon as possible with the Governor's office.
