SUPREME COURT DEFERS ACTION ON ALL APPEAL REQUESTS

| Next Announcement On NJ Carry Appeal Could Be 05/18 |
May 11, 2020. The U.S. Supreme Court has not held another conference on appeal requests since our alert last week. Accordingly, there was no announcement from the High Court this morning of decisions on any appeal requests, including the NJ carry appeal Rogers v. Grewal. The next expected date for Supreme Court announcements on appeal requests is Monday, May 18. It is not unusual for the Supreme Court to defer a decision on whether it will take a particular case for a number of weeks.
