SUPREME COURT PUTS OFF ACTION
ON NJ CARRY CASE - AGAIN

Next Announcement Could Be Monday, June 1
May 26, 2020. The U.S. Supreme Court has deferred action on the Rogers v. Grewal case -- ANJRPC's challenge to NJ's right to carry law. The next date on which the court could announce whether it will agree to hear the case is Monday, June 1.

While it is not unusual for the court to take its time deciding whether or not it will agree to hear a case, the court has already postponed this issue for a number of weeks. Gun owners need to be patient during this process and need to keep in mind that this type of delay only happens when a case is under serious consideration -- the court usually disposes of cases very quickly when there is no interest in hearing them.

Please watch for further updates on this developing matter.
