NJ FILES BRIEF URGING
US SUPREME COURT TO TURN DOWN
ANJRPC'S CHALLENGE TO NJ CARRY LAW

April 19, 2019. Today, the State of New Jersey filed a brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to decline ANJRPC's appeal challenging the state's unconstitutional carry law (which prevents average citizens from qualifying for a carry permit). Click here to see a copy of the state's brief.

ANJRPC now has 14 days to file a response to NJ's brief. While the U.S. Supreme Court is not bound by any timetable, a decision on whether the high court will agree to hear the appeal is anticipated by late May or early June.
