March 7, 2021. We are looking for suitable additional persons to add as plaintiffs in the pending NJ right to carry lawsuit. Your participation could help us more rapidly bring shall-issue right to carry to the Garden State should there be a positive ruling on carry from the U.S. Supreme Court later this year in the New York case that the High Court has agreed to decide.
You must meet the following criteria to be considered as a possible additional plaintiff: • Be a NJ resident. • Been denied a NJ carry permit in the past two years. • Been denied only for lack of "justifiable need" and for no other reason.
