| Governor Caves to New ANJRPC Lawsuit! |
| June 24, 2020. Today, Governor Murphy announced that indoor ranges can reopen as of Thursday, July 2, 2020. The policy reversal comes precisely one week after ANJRPC sought an injunction in a new lawsuit to force the reopening of indoor ranges, after previous refusals from the Murphy administration to do so voluntarily.
There will be social distancing and sanitary guidelines mandated. We will provide details when they are available.
ANJRPC wishes to thank gun owners and ranges for their extraordinary patience during this very difficult time. We are pleased that through aggressive but extremely disciplined litigation since March, we have been able to force the governor into reopening gun stores, outdoor ranges, and now indoor ranges when he otherwise was refusing to do so.
