| INDOOR RANGE REOPENING GUIDELINES
IN NEW MURPHY EXECUTIVE ORDER |
| June 29, 2020. As we reported last week, in response to ANJRPC's lawsuit, the Murphy Administration has reversed itself on its improper closure of indoor ranges, which are now authorized to reopen as of 6:00 a.m. this Thursday, July 2, subject to social distancing and sanitization protocols, and a capacity limit, among other things.
Range owners and users are advised to read and follow these protocols carefully. They are detailed in a new executive order from Governor Murphy (Executive Order # 157), which can be viewed and downloaded here. While the entire executive order should be read, the provisions applicable to indoor "recreational activities" including ranges begin at paragraph number 7 on page 13.
