ON INJUNCTION IN
CARRY-KILLER LAWSUIT |
| March 16, 2023. On Friday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m., oral argument on ANJRPC's motion for a preliminary injunction in the carry-killer lawsuit is scheduled to take place. The motion seeks to continue and expand the restraining order currently blocking implementation of giant swaths of the carry-killer law while the case proceeds. If ANJRPC's motion is granted, the law will continue to be blocked for the duration of the case, and the portions blocked could be expanded. A decision on the motion will most likely be rendered by the Court at a future date, but the argument itself is well worth listening to.
