FINAL TRO BRIEFS FILED
IN ANJRPC CARRY LAWSUIT |
| January 11, 2023. This evening, both ANJRPC and the State of New Jersey filed their final legal briefs about the temporary restraining order being sought in ANJRPC's challenge to the new carry-killer law. Oral argument over this issue is scheduled for Thursday, January 12.
