FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

| February 25, 2022. Late yesterday, ANJRPC filed a legal brief in reply to papers previously filed by the state in opposition to continuing and expanding the current injunction blocking parts of Gov. Murphy's carry-killer law. In plain English, the state is trying to revive its halted carry-killer law, while ANJRPC seeks to both continue and expand the injunction blocking it for the duration of the case.
