Following our alert regarding the Third Circuit's decision upholding the mag ban, a number of gun owners have written to inquire whether magazines are now required to be "turned in" to NJ, or whether all compliance options from ANJRPC's compliance guide are still available.
 
For the sake of clarification, we are issuing this alert to confirm that all compliance options described in the compliance guide are still available, through December 10.
