ADDITIONAL TRO BRIEFS FILED
IN ANJRPC CARRY LAWSUIT |
| January 11, 2023. Late last night, both ANJRPC and the State of New Jersey filed supplemental briefs about the temporary restraining order being sought in ANJRPC's challenge to the new carry-killer law. The briefs had been ordered by the court at Monday's hearing in the case. CLICK HERE to view these briefs. ANJRPC's filing is item number 7, and New Jersey's filing is item number 8.
