ANJRPC FILES OPPOSITION
TO NJ ATTEMPT TO
REINSTATE CARRY-KILLER LAW |
May 31, 2023. Last week, we reported here on New Jersey's attempt to get an appeals court to throw out the lower court's injunction blocking most of the carry-killer law for the duration of ANJRPC's case. ANJRPC's reply to that attempt was filed late yesterday. Click here and scroll down to item #28 to see ANJRPC's reply.
The state will have one opportunity to respond to ANJRPC's new papers, after which the appeals court is expected to render its decision shortly.
