OVER PERMITTING SHUTDOWN ISSUE |
| March 20, 2020. ANJRPC is now engaged with 18 NJ towns over the permitting shutdown issue that we have covered in our last two alerts. Here are the latest statistics on our engagement with these towns by ANJRPC attorney Dan Schmutter, Esq.:

Towns Awaiting Discussion: 7
We continue to ask that anyone becoming aware of towns refusing to accept or process new or existing permit applications promptly contact us at strikeforce@anjrpc.org so we can follow up with those towns.
