ANJRPC JOINS ANOTHER “FRIEND OF THE COURT”
BRIEF CHALLENGING CALIFORNIA MAG BAN

September 24, 2019. As ANJRPC's appeal of New Jersey's magazine ban works its way through the courts, ANJRPC continues to fight magazine bans nationally. ANJRPC recently joined in its second "friend of the court" brief in Duncan v. Becerra, a federal case challenging California's magazine ban in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

It is critical that a challenge to unconstitutional state magazine limitations make its way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Whether New Jersey's challenge or California's gets there first, the issue is critical to gun owners nationwide, and both cases should be supported.
