ANJRPC FILES REPLY BRIEF URGING
U.S. SUPREME COURT TO HEAR
RIGHT TO CARRY APPEAL

On May 3, ANJRPC filed a reply brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to agree to hear its right to carry case, Rogers v. Grewal. The brief responds to arguments opposing the appeal made by New Jersey, after the state was forced by the high court to submit a brief. A copy of ANJRPC's reply brief is available here.
The U.S. Supreme Court could make a decision on whether it will hear the appeal by late May or early June. We are monitoring the case closely and will update gun owners the moment we learn of the Supreme Court's decision on whether it will hear the case.
