ANJRPC Asks Supremes To Take Mag Ban Case!

ANJRPC ASKS U.S. SUPREME COURT TO HEAR MAGAZINE BAN APPEAL    April 27, 2021.  In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's agreement yesterday to hear a right to carry case from New York, ANJRPC has filed a request asking the high court to agree to hear ANJRPC's appeal in its mag ban case, challenging New Jersey's ban on firearms magazines that hold over 10 rounds of ammunition. See a copy of ANJRPC's request by clicking here.   The State of New Jersey will have an opportunity to submit papers in opposition to ANJRPC's request.  The high court is not likely to act on ANJRPC's request until this Fall at earliest.
