History was made earlier today when the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled that NRA can proceed with its lawsuit against a former New York regulator for abuse of power by pressuring banks and insurance companies to refuse to do business with NRA. In a stunning 9-0 decision in NRA's favor, the High Court ruled that NRA's First Amendment claims can proceed for alleged violations of its free speech rights. The decision was authored by liberal justice Sotomayor.
