Membership Sunday New Range Member Orientation Process

Range Orientation is currently being held online.

You must have a paid range membership to attend online orientation and the link to orientation is at the end of your payment process – make sure to read everything carefully!

No member or family member may use the range until he or she has attended the online range orientation (logged in separately on their own device) and passed the quiz. They must be added to your family membership as a sub account with their own email address prior to orientation.

What To Expect Once We Resume On-Site Orientation:

New range members or Expired range members must pay first year range dues and attend orientation, eligible family members must attend orientation.

The doors open at 8:30 AM, orientation begins at 9:30am sharp.

It is recommended that you join & pay online and bring your receipt to the range with you.. No member or family member may use the range until he or she has attended the on-site range orientation.


You can also pay at range orientation before we begin at 9:30a.m.

  • Orientation is in the range clubhouse
  • Coffee and doughnuts are provided
  • Orientation lecture ends at about 11AM
  • You will get a temporary range pass that expires on the last day of the month after the orientation
  • Your temporary range pass allows you to use all range facilities 
  • You can use the range immediately after the on-site orientation if desired
  • Your permanent credentials including your range pass and gate fob will be mailed at the end of the month you attended the orientation
  • Range orientation consists of a review of the different ranges and how to use them including safety procedures, range rules, hours of operation, etc. 
  • Some of the orientation is lecture, there is a PowerPoint presentation with video clips, and there are handouts with such items as range rules and range schedule
  • There are opportunities to ask questions before and after the orientation both publicly and privately
