NRA Basic Personal Protection Inside the Home Class: 

Saturday January 18, 2025  9:00AM - 5:00PM      Cost $250

Course participants must be EXPERIENCED shooters (proficiency in the basic skills of safe gun handling, shooting a group and clearing the firearm). Validation of shooting experience can be any one of the following:

• NRA Basic Pistol Course Certificate
• NRA Marksman Qualification Program (pistol disciplines)
• Pistol qualification card
• Military DD 214 with pistol qualification
• Concealed carry permit

This course will develop in the students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family within their home, and to provide information on the law-abiding citizen's right to self-defense. This course is a minimum of 8 hours and may take more time as required to meet the mandatory performance objectives.
