Right to keep and bear arms

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs vigorously and continually supports the constitutional rights of every law-abiding citizen to own and use firearms. Here is a sampling of what the Association does:

• Steadfast attention to legislative issues

• Aggressive pursuit of gun owners rights in court

• The Association actively encourages responsible gun owners to make their views known to their elected representatives. Write, call or send them an e-mail.
