The State of New Jersey has  has a wonderful website making it very easy to register. On this site you can:

• Download a Voter Registration Application. (It's under the Most Frequently Requested Links section)
• Download Adobe Acrobat, if you don't have it on your computer.  The State site doesn't say so, but this download is free, and you'll want it on your computer anyway.
• Find the address of the Commissioners of Registration for your county

Some potential voters may have failed to register in an attempt to avoid jury duty. This won't work, as jurors are selected from a merged list of registered voters, holders of driver's licenses and those who pay New Jersey income tax.
